It is best to learn Yoga from a live teacher and there are Yoga instructors the world over. If you need help locating one, try searching through these directories. If there's no one near you, however, you still have an alternative to books and videos - you can also try an online Yoga class! Several of them are listed here.

	Yoga for Beginners This site uses RealPlayer for its online classes. It offers audio classes, text and some pictures.
