What is it?
A DVD containing over 15 different Pilates mat workouts that last anywhere from 10 to 35 minutes. Who is it for? Beginners to advanced - there are Pilates routines for every level, whether you have any weight to lose or not. What to expect: This DVD is a whole library of Pilates workouts all on its own. Not only does it have a variety of routines for every level of Pilates enthusiast, there is an introductory section for each level in which you are taught the proper form for the exercises.
