Created some years ago in Japan, Dance Dance Revolution was a smash in the arcades there, and then eventually made its way to the United States. If you've ever spent any time in an arcade you may have seen it - it's the imposing contraption with the flashing dance floor attached to it. Gamers who get the steps down not only have a great time - they also work up a nice sweat. It's cardio at its most entertaining. The at-home version of Dance Dance Revolution is as much fun as the one seen in the arcades - perhaps even more fun because you don't have to deal with the embarrassment of curious onlookers as you learn the steps. There are versions available for Playstation and Xbox.
