There's loads of great stuff out there to enhance your physical and spiritual health. Every two weeks, All Spirit Fitness brings you something we've found useful. Sometimes it's a brand new fitness tool, sometimes it's an everyday item that you can find at the store. Whatever it is, rest assured that if it's on this page, we think it's great! Hydration Packs
Get this CamelBak Hydration Pack at Backcountry We don't have to tell you hydration is important — that's because just about everyone else already has. So you lug your bottle all over town and stuff it in your backpack when you're hiking or biking... wouldn't it be a whole lot easier if you could somehow pack the water without the bottle? That's the whole purpose of hydration packs. They're backpacks that have a "bladder" or reservoir that you fill with 50 to 100 or more ounces of water. Attached to the reservoir is a long tube with a bite valve — just bite and hydrate. There are nearly as many sizes and styles of hydration packs as there are backpacks — small, large, basic or lots of compartments for all your gear — and there's one to suit everyone's lifestyle from the mountain climber to the urban trekker. (Those who love snow sports, for example, will want a hydration pack with insulated tubing to prevent freezing, whereas bikers will want a pack with a low center of gravity.) Once people give hydration packs a try they find they can't live without them — be forewarned! Here are some tips on cleaning your hydration pack from Kathie Fry's Skatelog. Backcountry has a wide selection of hydration packs, and customer reviews to help you shop! More Great Stuff
