Weight Training for Dummies

If you've never lifted a dumbbell in your life but you realize that weight lifting is one of the best things you can do for your health, then this book is for you. If you already know your way around a gym and have been working out for at least a few months, much of the information found here will be remedial. Before you buy a dumbbell or a gym membership, get this book. It will guarantee that your choices will be well informed. Weight Training for Dummies won't teach you how to look like Arnold Schwarzenegger, but then you probably don't want to look like that, either. It will give you the tools to make weight training a part of your life, no matter you age and fitness level. This "Dummies" book is definitely a smart buy.
